In case of cancellation of tour/ travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason, we must be notified in written form. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
Free cancellation 15 days prior to arrival .
50% Cancellation charges will apply if booking cancelled between 7 to 15 days prior to arrival.
100% Cancellation charges will apply if booking cancelled within 03 days prior to arrival.
100% Charges will apply for No-show & Early departure bookings.
No refund will be provided for early departures by guests own wish.
Cancellations made on the arrival date will be considered as no-show
Booking name change 10 days prior to arrival will be considered as a new booking/cancellation
