Trip Introduction

Japan is a surprising combination of peace and chaos, old and new, and has just the right amount of quirkiness to make it an addicting place to visit that will have you coming back for more. You could easily spend your entire trip in the country’s dizzying capital., you can visit temples and shrines to get a better understanding of the religions and culture. You can even do a temple stay in order to really delve in and learn about Buddhism. pan is a huge country, and it would be an extensive list if we went through all the notable cities to visit. But if you are visiting Japan for the first time, theses cities are a good place to start as they will give you a good taste of the country's culture and are relatively easy to get to and from. Cherry blossom season is one of the most popular times to visit Japan. The country explodes into color each year between late April and early May.

Tokyo - This huge metropolis is likely where you're flying in and out of, and it is once of the most interesting cities we've visited anywhere in the world. Osaka - Another major hub to fly in and out of Japan, Osaka is worth a visit. It's full of history and food and is a good city to have a night out with friends. One of the many reasons Japan is such a wonderful place to visit is there are so many unique experiences that can only be had in this country.   • Day 2 | FULL DAY OSAKA SIGHTSEEING.(B)

    Breakfast at Hotel and Visit Kaiyu-kan(one of Japan’s most spectacular aquariums) and Universal Studio Japan (The world-famous theme park with entertainment for all age.)After enjoying the park take a night bus from Osaka to Tokyo.

  • Day 3 | FULL DAY TOKYO SIGHTSEEING.(B)

    Transfer at Hotel and Breakfast at Hotel. Visit the highest tower in Japan, TOKYO SKY TRY, and View of Mt. Fuji (the highest mountain in Japan) and walk to Asakusa, another famous Buddhist temple located in center of Tokyo. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 4 | FULL DAY TOKYO SIGHTSEEING.(B)

    Breakfast at Hotel. Visit Ninja Trick House in Shinjuku and experience becoming a NINJA. and Visit ODAIBA, a popular shopping, and entertainment district on a manmade island in Tokyo Bay& visit the digital art museum EPSON Team-lab borderless where you can take photogenic pictures. Overnight at the hotel.

Required Documents For Visa Processing

FOR NEPALESE:-

  1. Japan Tourist Visa Application Form, completed and signed. You can download a copy of the application form from the website of the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (here).
  2. Complete all the fields. If one does not apply to you, write “N/A” rather than leave it blank.
  3. Your passport, which must be valid for at least another six months and have at least two blank pages for the visa to be affixed in.
  4. Passport-size pictures of yourself, with the following specifications:
    1. Dimensions: 4.5cm x 4.5cm
    2. White background
    3. Taken in the last six months
    4. You must be staring straight ahead, with a neutral facial expression
    5. Your entire face has to be visible
    6. Your name and birthdate have to be written on the back
  5. Flight Itinerary. Include a detailed plan of your arrival and departure dates, flight reservation number (you don’t have to actually purchase the ticket), your name, etc.
  6. Daily Itinerary. You have to include an itinerary of your daily activities in Japan. You can find a sample itinerary for Japan Visa at the website of the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affair (here).
    1. If you have a guarantor in Japan:
      1. Invitation Letter from the Guarantor
      2. If they will help finance your stay: Letter of Guarantee and their Income Certificate issued within the last three months
  7. Residence Certificate, if they are a foreign resident of Japan
  8. If you are financing your own trip: Bank Statements from the last three months/6 months bank statement with minimum 8-10 lakhs closing balance
  9. Your latest Income Tax Returns (if you do not have an ITR, you may be able to submit a letter explaining the reason why).
  10. A business certificate like Registration, PAN, Tax Clearance in English
  11. If you are visiting someone (friend or family) include proof of relationship, such as:
    1. For relatives/family members: civil status documents, such as birth or marriage certificates
    2. For friends: Pictures together, receipts, phone call details, and a letter explaining your relationship
  12. If you are employed: No Objection Certificate or a Letter of Employment from your employer.
  13. Civil status documents (as required): Birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.

Note;-

  1. Enquiries of visa rejected will be not accepted.
  2. Visa application are requested to refrain from refferingabout this matter by making visit to a visa sectionreception,telephone call and emails.
  3. Once visa is rejected ,visa application cannot be made for same travel purpose for 6 months from the date of visa rejection.
  • Rooms are provided as per subject to availability.
  • Guarantee Deposit may be required at the hotel while check-in hotel as per hotel policy.
  • Additional charges will be applicable during major Exhibition and Event dates
  • Airlines Seat and Hotel Room Reservation cannot be made until we receive the confirmation.
  • Relation certificate is needed if you are traveling with your family.
  • USD 1000.00 with authorized bank stamp should be carried at the time of departure.

  • In case of cancellation of tour/ travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason, we must be notified in written form. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
  •  Free cancellation 15 days prior to arrival .
  • 50% Cancellation charges will apply if booking cancelled between 7 to 15 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% Cancellation charges will apply if booking cancelled within 03 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% Charges will apply for No-show & Early departure bookings.
  •  No refund will be provided for early departures by guests own wish.
  • Cancellations made on the arrival date will be considered as no-show
  • Booking name change 10 days prior to arrival will be considered as a new booking/cancellation
